Counselor Training-

Camp counselors training will be held on Thursday, May 30th from 5pm to 7pm in Adams-Friendship at the Extension Office (569 N Cedar St, Adams WI, 53910). Although this training is not required, it is a great opportunity to attend and meet the great youth counselors that you will be working with! More information and exact meeting location will be sent at a later date.

Camper Orientation

We are hosting a camper orientation on June 2 from 7-8PM on Zoom. This is a new meeting for campers to get to know more about the schedule, meet some of the people they will see at camp, and a chance to ask any questions about camp. This is an optional meeting but is a great opportunity to meet your campers ahead of time and start developing the youth-adult relationships we like to see at camp!

4-H Volunteer Requirements

In order to make sure all of our youth and adults are safe every chaperone will need to be a certified 4-H volunteer. If you are not certified yet… DON’T PANIC! Your local 4-H educator will work with you to make that happen.

What are the expectations to become a 4-H volunteer?
Enroll in 4-HOnline as a volunteer.
Trainings/modules conducted in a variety of formats:
-Growing Green
-Supporting Youth Mental Health (Encouraged, but not required!)
