    • These are general reminders that would have typically been brought up during the mandatory meeting. The mandatory meeting was dissolved by the YEC Committee.
  • Fair Entry Online Fair Entries
    • Entries are open from June 1 – July 1 @ 11:59PM
    • All entries must be made online.
    • Once you create an account you can use the same login each year. Deadline for entries is July 1 @ 11:59PM, no exceptions, no appeals.
    • Junior HORSE Exhibitors – PLEASE NOTE: You must designate two lots in which you will be receiving premiums. Please send an email to the fair office: gjenkins@greenlakecountywi.gov stating the two premium lots by the entry deadline. If nothing is specified, NO PREMIUMS WILL BE PAID.

    • 2027 Green Lake County Fair — Poultry & Waterfowl Health Requirements
      • All poultry and waterfowl exhibited at the Green Lake County Fair must meet the current Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) animal health requirements.Pigeons are not considered poultry for these requirements.
      • Poultry and waterfowl originating within Wisconsin
      • Exhibitors must provide documentation establishing that their birds meet one of the applicable requirements:
        • National Poultry Improvement Plan (NPIP): Documentation showing that the flock is certified pullorum-typhoid clean or qualifies under an applicable NPIP affiliate program. Turkeys must also meet the applicable Mycoplasma gallisepticum requirements.
        • Wisconsin Tested Flock: Documentation showing that the flock meets Wisconsin Tested Flock requirements.Wisconsin Associate Flock: A Wisconsin Associate Flock certificate and supporting documentation showing that the birds or eggs were acquired directly from an eligible NPIP, Wisconsin Tested, or Wisconsin Associate flock.Individual bird testing: Eligible, sexually mature birds must have tested negative for pullorum-typhoid within 90 days before arriving at the fair. Turkeys must also meet the applicable Mycoplasma gallisepticum testing requirements.
        • Individually tested birds must have the required wing or leg band identification.
      • Sexually mature birds are those over four months of age, except turkeys, which must be over six months of age for individual testing.
      • Birds that are too young for individual testing must meet the applicable flock-origin requirements.
      • Poultry and waterfowl originating outside Wisconsin
      • Exhibitors must provide the applicable certificate of veterinary inspection (CVI) or NPIP VS Form 9-3 documentation, as required by Wisconsin regulations.
      • Documentation must establish that the birds meet the applicable flock certification or individual testing requirements.

      • Exhibitors must upload the applicable health certificates, flock certification, testing records, and supporting purchase documentation required for their birds.
      • Additional documentation may be requested by the fair to verify compliance.
      • Important: All poultry exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their birds meet the applicable requirements before arriving at the fair. Entries may be subject to review, and birds that do not meet the requirements may not be permitted to exhibit.
      • Requirements are subject to change. Exhibitors should consult the official Wisconsin DATCP requirements for the 2027 fair season.
