Ready for 4-H Camp already? We will be returning to Camp Lakotah on Sunday, June 8th- Wednesday, June 11th, so mark your calendars to make sure you can be at camp next year!
Chaperone Application
We are in the planning stages of 2025 Five County 4-H Camp! Please check back later for the Chaperone Application!
Did you love going to camp as a kid? Want to help create an amazing summer camp experience for Green Lake County youth? Sign up to be a camp chaperone! The 4-H Camp experience MUST have our camp chaperones to build the positive youth-adult relationships that are integral to camp and 4-H as a whole.
Curious what being a Camp Chaperone Entails? Check out our chaperone job description!
Counselor Training-
All 4-H Counselors must complete counselor training. It is highly encouraged for adult chaperones to attend to learn more about the best ways to support 4-H Camp as a chaperone!
4-H Volunteer Requirements
In order to make sure all of our youth and adults are safe every chaperone will need to be a certified 4-H volunteer. If you are not certified yet… DON’T PANIC! Contact the Green Lake County Extension Office, so we can work with you to make that happen.
