YQCA

  • YQCA Certification is a fair requirement to show.
    • Per Green Lake County Fair exhibition rules, all Dairy, Beef, Sheep, Swine, Goat, Poultry & Rabbit exhibitors must complete the Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA) training each year to be eligible to exhibit their animal(s) at the Green Lake County Fair. Exhibitors must attend one scheduled YQCA training announced by 4-H or FFA in early spring or complete the training online. The YQCA certification must be completed by July 1.
  • YQCA can be completed online, with more information located at https://yqcaprogram.org/
  • YQCA is a national multi-species quality assurance program for youth ages 8 to 21 with a focus on three core pillars: food safety, animal well-being, and character development.
