Creating a Welcoming Environment 4-H Leader Training 

A welcoming environment is the foundation to positive youth development. Being part of a group, where young people feel welcomed and respected is a priority in 4-H club and group environments. A welcoming environment results in young people who are actively engaged and feel valued.

On Tuesday, February 8th from 7:30-8:30PM join Morgan via Zoom to learn more about the importance of creating and maintaining a welcoming environment in the 4-H program and take away some tools to use within your 4-H club or group.

Creating a Welcoming Environment Leader Training Resources

WI 4-H Club annual chartering requires one adult leader from each club or group MUST attend the Annual Leader Training. If at least one leader from your club or group has not attended the Wisconsin 4-H Annual Leader Training on either November 30, 2021 OR January 31, 2022, this leader training offered by Morgan will meet the training WI 4-H annual chartering requirement.
